Yes. The Missouri Automated Criminal History System (MACHS) utilizes state vendors like IDEMIA/IdentoGO for electronic state submissions, which can often result in long booking delays, crowded waiting rooms, or far travel times. If you want a fast and stress-free experience, you can complete your fingerprinting with us instead. We provide professional ink or live scan prints at our office or via our mobile service. We hand you original fingerprint cards that you can drop off or mail straight to an approved vendor for seamless state processing.  

• ORI Number (Originating Agency Identifier): This code tells the fingerprint processor exactly which agency or department is authorized to receive your background check results.
• TCN Number (Transaction Control Number): This is a unique tracking number generated during a live scan session to track your specific background request. Mobile Notary St. Louis does NOT issue ORI or TCN numbers. You must obtain these codes directly from your employer, human resources department, or state licensing board before your appointment.

A standard appointment for ink fingerprinting or an FBI background check typically takes 30 minutes or less.

If your ink or digital fingerprints are rejected by the receiving agency or the FBI due to legibility or print quality issues within 3 months of your appointment, we will recapture your prints and transmit the data a second time completely free of charge. Please note: Proof of the official rejection letter is required, and this guarantee does not cover mobile travel fees if a technician must drive back out to your location.

We do not offer refunds once a fingerprinting service has been physically rendered, even if a client accidentally requests the wrong type of fingerprint card for their specific industry. We strongly recommend reviewing your employer’s exact instructional paperwork prior to your appointment. If an error is ever made on our part, we will redo the print service at absolute zero cost to you.
